Booking Process     1. Once you have selected your trip, contact us to establish prices and availability. Within 24 hours we will send you a reply along with trip details and a detailed itinerary.   2. Download the booking form. Once you have filled in all the details, please send the form to us by email at info@quechuandes.com. Each person must complete a separate booking form and sign it to say that they have understood the terms and conditions accompanying the booking   3. Decide on your preferred payment method. To guarantee your place on a trip, a non-refundable US$200 deposit is required. 50% of the full trip price is payable 2 weeks prior to the scheduled date of departure of the trip. The remaining balance can be paid on arrival in Peru.     4. On receipt of your booking form and non-refundable US$200 deposit, we will send you a confirmation by email along with a set of documents containing all the necessary pre-departure information - including visa information, a comprehensive equipment list, as well as any other information related to your trip               If you require any further information concerning a trip or how to book, please contact us, we will be happy to help you
